摘要
本文以某装配式住宅为例探究了BIM技术在外立面多样化设计中的应用。使用Revit软件建立三维建筑模型,从该软件的立面功能构件库中挑选符合设计要求的阳台、窗户、单元入口等构件模型,并修改模型的颜色、尺寸等参数,让外立面呈现出灵活性和多样化。本项目中分别从水平构图、垂直构图和网格构图三个方面对模块组合进行了优化设计,为装配式住宅外立面施工提供了指导与参考。
This paper takes a prefabricated house as an example to explore the application of BIM technology in facade diversification design.Use Revit software to build a three-dimensional building model,select balconies,Windows,unit entrances and other component models that meet the design requirements from the facade functional component library of the software,and modify the color,size and other parameters of the model,so that the facade presents flexibility and diversity.In this project,the module combination is optimized from the three aspects of horizontal composition,vertical composition and grid composition,which provides guidance and reference for the facade construction of prefabricated houses.
