摘要
基于镁质高性能混凝土抗裂剂(FQY)掺量对混凝土力学性能、膨胀性能、抗渗性能影响的研究,确定FQY在混凝土工程中最佳掺量,制备了适用于富盐环境中的抗渗混凝土。结果表明:掺4%、6%FQY对混凝土抗压强度的影响较小,掺8%、10%FQY时混凝土的28 d抗压强度较空白组分别降低了3.1%、7.2%。FQY能够补偿混凝土的收缩,且有利于提高混凝土的抗渗性能,6%为最佳掺量。以PERMIT离子迁移方法评价实体混凝土氯离子迁移系数,FQY掺量为6%时,混凝土的氯离子迁移系数较空白组减小了76.5%,显著提高了其在富盐环境中的耐受性。
Based on the research on the influence of dosage of magnesium high performance concrete cracking resistance agent(FQY)on the mechanical properties,expansion properties and impermeability of concrete,the optimum content of FQY in concrete engineering is determined and anti-permeability concrete applicable in salt-rich environment is prepared.The results showed that 4%and 6%FQY have little effect on the compressive strength of concrete.The 28 d compressive strength of 8%and 10%FQY decreased by 3.1%and 7.2%,respectively.FQY could compensate the shrinkage of concrete and improve the impermeability of concrete.6%was the best content.The chloride migration coefficient of concrete was reduced by 76.5%by using PERMIT ion migration method.It significantly improved its tolerance in salt-rich environments.
