摘要
旨在探讨智能技术在建筑施工管理中的应用,并分析其带来的优势与挑战。通过对智能监控系统、智能维护管理系统等案例进行研究,发现智能技术可以提高工作效率、优化安全性和降低成本。然而,数据隐私和安全性问题、技术集成和人员培训等挑战也需要得到解决。总结了当前智能技术在建筑施工管理中的应用情况,并提出了进一步研究的建议。
The article aims to explore the application of intelligent technology in construction management,and analyze the advantages and challenges it brings.Through research on cases such as intelligent monitoring systems and intelligent maintenance management systems,it has been found that intelligent technology can improve work efficiency,optimize security,and reduce costs.However,challenges such as data privacy and security issues,technology integration,and personnel training also need to be addressed.This article summarizes the current application of intelligent technology in construction management and proposes suggestions for further research.
