摘要
以某2000吨级抗拔桩工程为背景,提出了一套新型可通用于大吨位抗拔的试验技术,介绍了其设计及安装过程,并且建立了装置的有限元模型,研究Mises应力和竖向变形特征,结果表明,最大Mises应力小于屈服强度,同时最大竖向变形仅有9.44 mm,不影响正常使用。最终大吨位抗拔试验的顺利开展也表明安装方便,受力安全合理,该试验技术可为类似的2000吨级大吨位抗拔试验提供借鉴。
Taking a 2000 tonnage anti uplift pile project as the background,a new set of universal testing technology for large tonnage anti uplift is proposed.The design and installation process are introduced,and a finite element model of the device is established to study the Mises stress and vertical deformation characteristics.The results show that the maximum Mises stress is less than the yield strength,and the maximum vertical deformation is only 9.44 mm,which does not affect normal use.The smooth implementation of the final large tonnage pull-out test also indicates that the installation is convenient and the stress is safe and reasonable.This test technology can provide a reference for similar 2000 tonnage pull-out tests.
