摘要
某11层钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙综合楼1层发生火灾,导致起火一层部位钢筋混凝土构件不同程度损伤,开展了该房屋火灾损伤程度评估与分析,并提出了相应的结构加固方案,方案实施后加固效果良好,可为同类工程提供借鉴。
A fire broke out on the first floor of an 11-story reinforced concrete frame shear wall commercial complex building,causing varying degrees of damage to the reinforced concrete components on the first floor of the fire.This article evaluates and analyzes the degree of fire damage to the building and proposes corresponding structural reinforcement plans.After the implementation of the plan,the reinforcement effect is good,which can provide reference for similar projects.
