摘要
提出了一种挖掘机回转力矩、回转摩擦阻力矩试验方法,解决了拉力计与铲斗回转方向不共线无法试验的问题;同时,避开回转系统刚开始转动时回转摩擦阻力矩波动较大的情况,在速度平稳时采集数据,可以较精确地获取试验值。设计并搭建试验装置,可对回转力矩、回转摩擦阻力矩进行一体化试验,提高装置利用率。结果表明,回转力矩、回转摩擦阻力矩试验值与设计值相差均在5%以内,验证了方法的有效性。采用该方法试验时,平衡状态明显,试验取值较为合适,改进效果良好。
An experimental method for the rotational torque and the rotary friction resistance torque of excavators was proposed to solve the problem that the tension meter and the bucket rotational direction were not collinear and could not be tested.At the same time,avoiding the large fluctuation of the rotary friction resistance torque at the beginning of the rotation of the rotary system,the experimental value could be obtained more accurately when the speed was stable.Then,the experimental device was designed and built,which could test the rotary torque and the rotary friction resistance torque in a whole,and improve the utilization rate of the device.The difference between the experimental value and the design value of the rotary torque and the rotary friction resistance torque was within 5%,which verified the effectiveness of the method.The results showed that when using this method to the experiment,the equilibrium state was obvious,the experimental value was more appropriate,and the improvement effect was good.
