摘要
对圆锥破碎机大直径内外螺纹进行了研究,根据其齿形、齿距与中径等主要参数提出了测量螺纹的依据及方法。通过对螺纹检测工具及检测原理进行分析,确立了齿形、齿距检测样板上各参数的计算方法,并对圆锥破碎机大直径螺纹进行了测量,配合使用螺纹检测样板和螺纹中径千分尺,可以较为精确地测量出圆锥破碎机大直径螺纹的参数。该方法对其他设备大直径螺纹的检测具有一定的借鉴价值。
The large diameter internal and external threads of the cone crusher were studied.According to the main parameters such as its tooth profile,tooth pitch and pitch diameter,the basis and method of measuring the thread were put forward.Then,through the analysis of the thread detection tool and the detection principle,the calculation method of each parameter on the detection template of the tooth profile and tooth pitch was established,and the large diameter thread of the cone crusher was measured.In addition,with the use of the thread detection template and the micrometer of the pitch diameter of thread,the parameters of the large diameter thread of the cone crusher could be measured more accurately.This method had certain reference value for the detection of large diameter threads of other equipment.
