摘要
目的 探讨分析腹腔镜子宫切除术患者实施循证护理模式对其术后尿潴留的预防效果。方法 选取我院150例行腹腔镜子宫切除术的患者为研究对象,纳入时间为2023年1月至2023年12月,根据护理模式差异将150例分为两组,各75例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施循证护理模式。比较两组尿潴留发生率、尿路感染发生率、自由尿流率(最大尿流率、平均尿流率)和护理满意度。结果 观察组尿潴留发生率、尿路感染发生率分别为5.33%、1.33%,低于对照组的16.00%、10.67%(P <0.05)。护理后,两组最大尿流率、平均尿流率均提高,且观察组最大尿流率、平均尿流率均高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组护理满意度96.00%高于对照组86.67%(P <0.05)。结论 腹腔镜子宫切除术患者实施循证护理模式能够有效预防尿潴留,改善其自由尿流率,降低尿路感染发生风险,提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of implementing an evidence-based nursing model on the prevention of postoperative urinary retention in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods A total of 150 patients who underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and the inclusion time was from January 2023 to December 2023.150 cases were divided into two groups of 75 cases each according to the difference of nursing care model.The control group implemented conventional nursing care,and the observation group implemented evidence-based nursing care model.The incidence of urinary retention,incidence of urinary tract infection,free flow rate(maximum flow rate,average flow rate) and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rates of urinary retention and urinary tract infection in the observation group were 5.33% and 1.33%,respectively,which were lower than those of 16.00% and 10.67% in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing care,the maximum and average urinary flow rates of both groups increased,and the maximum and average urinary flow rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of 96.00% in the observation group was higher than 86.67% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of evidence-based nursing mode in patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy can effectively prevent urinary retention,improve their free urinary flow rate,reduce the risk of urinary tract infection,and improve nursing satisfaction.
