摘要
目的:基于精细化管理模式下,探讨手术室高值耗材智能管理平台的构建,以及平台在管理耗材方面的应用效果。方法:以本院高值耗材智能精细化管理实施前(2022年4月~6月)及实施后(2023年4月~6月)期间手术室耗材管理作为参照,通过使用医院综合运营管理平台(Hospital Resource Planning Platform,HRP)系统结合医疗器械唯一标识(Unique Device Identification,UDI)和条形码技术开展二级库管理,比较平台构建前后高值耗材的管理效率及手术室护士的工作效率与满意度。结果:平台构建后的高值耗材管理效果明显优于构建前,管理时长显著减少,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。平台构建后手术室护士进行高值耗材管理期间的工作效率优于构建前,巡回护士外出次数显著降低(P<0.05)。耗材管理相关不良事件发生率显著降低,尤其是串收率降低为0;医护人员总满意度大幅提升(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室高值耗材管理期间,精细化管理模式的使用不仅能够提升手术室护士工作效率和医务人员满意度,同时也能够改善高值耗材的使用情况,值得在手术室高值耗材管理积极运用。
Objective:To explore the construction of an intelligent management platform for high-value consumables in operating rooms based on refined management mode,and the application effect of the platform in managing consumables.Methods:Using the pre implementation(April to June 2022)and post implementation(April to June 2023)of intelligent refined management of high-value consumables in our hospital as a reference,we conducted secondary library management using the Hospital Resource Planning Platform(HRP)system combined with Unique Device Identification(UDI)identification and barcode technology for medical devices,compare the management efficiency of high-value consumables before and after platform construction,as well as the work efficiency and satisfaction of operating room nurses.Results:The management effect of high value consumables after platform construction is significantly better than before,and the management time is significantly reduced,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After the platform was built,the work efficiency of operating room nurses during the period of high-value consumables management was better than before,and the number of itinerant nurses going out significantly decreased(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events related to consumables management has significantly decreased,especially with a decrease in string yield of 0;The overall satisfaction of medical works has significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the management of high value consumables in the operating room,the use of refined management mode can not only improve the work efficiency of operating room nurses and satisfaction of medical staff,but also improve the use of high value consumables.It is worth actively applying in the management of high value consumables in the operating room.
