含油污水处理站不同结构过滤罐运行效果分析

摘要 随着三采开发规模不断扩大,污水处理系统采出水成分日趋复杂,造成含油污水处理站的过滤罐在生产运行过程中出现憋压、滤料流失、处理效果差、内部构件损坏及腐蚀等问题,严重影响了正常生产和出水水质达标。同时,不同时期建设的过滤罐种类多样,主要结构不尽相同,其水质适应性需要评价。为了解决以上问题,文章对某油田含油污水处理站在用过滤罐的结构类型及存在的问题进行调研,结合除油率和故障率对运行效果进行分析对比,判断产生问题的主要影响因素,得出水驱污水站使用上、下筛管结构过滤罐,聚驱污水站使用上筛筐、下筛管结构过滤罐效果较好的结论,为今后的滤罐改造及选型方向提供技术支持。 With the continuous expansion of three-phase production development,the effluent from wastewater treatment systems becomes increasingly complex,leading to issues in the operation of oil-containing wastewater treatment stations’filtration tanks.Problems such as pressure build-up,loss of filter media,poor treatment effects,internal component damage,and corrosion have significantly impacted normal production and the attainment of water quality standards.Additionally,the variety of filtration tank types constructed at different times,with differing main structures,necessitates an evaluation of their adaptability to water quality.To address these challenges,the article conducts a survey on the structural types and issues of in-use filtration tanks at an oilfield oil-containing wastewater treatment station.Combining oil removal rates and failure rates to analyze and compare operational performance,the main influencing factors causing problems are identified.The study concludes that the use of upper and lower screen pipe structure filtration tanks for water flooding wastewater stations and upper screen basket,lower screen pipe structure filtration tanks for polymer flooding wastewater stations show better results.This conclusion provides technical support for future filtration tank renovations and selections.
