聚酯生产工艺分析与智能控制探究

摘要 为实现聚酯生产的智能化控制,本文首先对聚酯生产工艺流程进行了详细分析,包括原料准备、酯化和酯交换反应、聚合反应、切片、后处理等环节。针对聚酯生产工艺流程中的每个环节,提出了相应的智能控制策略。在原料准备及酯化/酯交换反应方面,采用智能控制技术实时监测关键参数,并根据需求自动调整原料配比和温度条件。在聚合反应方面,引入先进的算法和模型,精确控制反应时间和温度,以提高聚合效率和产物质量。针对切片、后处理环节,采用智能控制方法,优化操作参数并增强过程稳定性。通过上述措施的实施,使得生产效率得以提高、质量得到保障,智能控制策略的引入,有效减少了人为操作的误差和风险,提高了生产过程的稳定性和一致性,以此为相关人员提供实践参考。 In order to achieve intelligent control of polyester production,this article first provides a detailed analysis of the polyester production process,including raw material preparation,esterification and ester exchange reactions,polymerization reactions,slicing,post-treatment,and other links.Corresponding intelligent control strategies have been proposed for each link in the polyester production process.In terms of raw material preparation and esterification/ester exchange reactions,intelligent control technology is used to monitor key parameters in real-time,and automatically adjust the raw material ratio and temperature conditions according to requirements.In terms of polymerization reactions,advanced algorithms and models are introduced to accurately control reaction time and temperature,in order to improve polymerization efficiency and product quality.For the slicing and post-processing stages,intelligent control methods are adopted to optimize operating parameters and enhance process stability.Through the implementation of the above measures,production efficiency has been improved and quality has been guaranteed.The introduction of intelligent control strategies has effectively reduced errors and risks in human operations,improved the stability and consistency of the production process,and provided practical reference for relevant personnel.
