摘要
高校教务管理工作在传递国家教育信息和执行教育政策中起着重要的桥梁作用,是高校人才培养的重要阵地。在深入实施科教兴国战略背景下,高校教务管理在参与主体、管理内容和技术工具等方面产生了新的变革诉求。针对现实困境,高校教务管理需守住教育理念、业务素质之正,另外还需在更新管理认知,增强法治意识,落实管理制度;注重民主参与,厘清权责边界,完善多元共治;优化管理流程,提升发展空间,激发自驱动力;立足数字赋能,构建顶层平台,释放数据价值等方面加以改进。
The management of academic affairs in universities plays an important bridging role in transmitting national educational information and implementing educational policies,and is an important battlefield for talent cultivation in universities.In the context of deepening the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the country through science and education,new demands for reform have emerged in the management of academic affairs in universities in terms of participating entities,management content,and technical tools.In response to the current difficulties,the management of academic affairs in universities needs to uphold the principles of education and professional competence.In addition,it is necessary to update management awareness,enhance legal awareness,and implement management systems;Emphasize democratic participation,clarify the boundaries of responsibilities and powers,and improve pluralistic governance;Optimize management processes,enhance development space,and stimulate self motivation;Based on digital empowerment,building a top-level platform,and unleashing the value of data,we will make improvements in four aspects.
