高校思政课主导性与主体性相统一的影响因素论析 被引量:1

摘要 如何提高校思政课的教学效果,要从教师如何教和学生如何学两个方面寻找原因,为此要探究影响教师主导性和学生主体性的因素。影响教师主导性的因素包括教师情感内驱力、自身的专业条件、外在的数字智能技术手段等方面。而学生主体性的发挥会受到包括情感和意志在内的非理性因素的驱动影响、场域文化因素的渗透性影响、社会实践活动的形成性影响。坚持教师的主导性与学生的主体性相统一,就要把教师和学生的两个方面积极性调动起来,通过以情感粘合为基点构建异质主体共同体、开展以素质提升为目标的多种实践活动,发挥协同育人的场域文化的浸润和激励作用,达到立德树人的教育目的。 It should analyze the factors of improving the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges from two aspects:how teachers teach and how students learn.therefore,it is necessary to explore the factors that affect the dominance of teachers and the subjectivity of students.The factors influencing the dominance of teachers include the emotional inner drive of teachers,their professional qualifications,and the external means of digital intelligent technology.Meanwhile,the exercise of student subjectivity is subject to influences including the irrational factors such as emotions and willpower,the pervasive influence of field culture,and the formative influence of social practice activities.To uphold the unity of the teacher's dominance and the student's subjectivity,it is crucial to mobilize the enthusiasm of both teachers and students.This can be achieved by constructing a community of heterogeneous subjects based on emotional cohesion,carrying out a variety of practice activities aimed at quality improvement,and leveraging the infiltrating and motivating effects of the collaborative field culture of education to accomplish the educational goal of fostering virtue and cultivating talents.
