上海市松江区蝇类防治及肠道传染病现状分析

摘要 目的了解松江区蝇类防治状况及肠道传染病现状,为控制蝇类密度、杀虫剂抗性及减少肠道传染病传播提供理论依据。方法笼诱法捕捉蝇类后鉴别蝇种并记录蝇类密度;微量点滴法测定家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗药性情况;目测法调查蝇类侵害情况;根据不同年度、月份整理肠道传染病报告发病数。结果2016—2021年松江区构成比前3位的蝇种为棕尾别麻蝇(30.62%)、丝光绿蝇(15.78%)、家蝇(11.92%);不同生境的蝇类密度无统计学差异(F=1.82,P>0.05),不同月份的蝇类密度存在统计学差异(F=13.36,P<0.05);家蝇针对敌敌畏、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯的抗药性水平分别为低抗、高抗、高抗;建筑拆迁工地、农贸市场、餐饮店成蝇侵害率较高;乙、丙类肠道传染病报告发病数不同年度(χ^(2)=5631,P<0.05)、不同月份(χ^(2)=3554.11,P<0.05)均存在统计学差异。结论松江区蝇类防治现状良好,但对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂较高的抗药性仍值得关注。肠道传染病发病高峰期,结合物理防治、化学防治方法控制重点区域蝇类密度,减少肠道传染病通过蝇类传播的概率。 Objective To understand the control status of flies and intestinal infectious diseases in Songjiang District,and to provide theoretical basis for controlling fly density,insecticide resistance and reducing the spread of intestinal infectious diseases.Methods Flies captured with cage traps were identified and calculated for density.The insecticide resistance of Musca domestica to commonly used insecticides was tested with topical application.The infestation of flies was investigated by visual inspection.The reported incidence of intestinal infectious diseases was sorted out according to different years and months.Results The fly species captured in Songjiang District from 2016 to 2021 were mostly Isophora palustris(30.62%),Lucilia sericata(15.78%)and Musca domestica(11.92%).There was no significant difference in fly density among habitats(F=1.82,P>0.05),but there was significant difference in fly density in different months(F=13.36,P<0.05).Musca domestica developed high resistance to beta-cypermethrin and deltamethrin,low resistance to dichlorvos.The fly infestation was mainly in construction demolition sites,farmers’markets and restaurants.There were statistical differences in the reported incidence of intestinal infectious diseases classed in B and C in different years(χ^(2)=5631,P<0.05)and different months(χ^(2)=3554.11,P<0.05).Conclusion Flies were well controlled in Songjiang District,but the high resistance to pyrethroid insecticides was of concerning.During the peak of intestinal infectious diseases,fly density in key areas should be controlled by combining physical and chemical methods to reduce the probability of intestinal infectious diseases borne by flies.
