摘要
东盟成立以来,中国与其贸易往来不断加深,双方的经贸关系已成为亚太区域合作中最为成功和最具活力的典范。本文旨在深入研究中国与东盟十国近十年的贸易发展情况,通过具体数据分析东盟十国与中国进出口贸易发展不均衡及部分国家呈现“波浪式”上升走向,得出“一带一路”倡议的提出、RCEP协定的相关签署、新冠疫情的发生及双向投资模式影响中国与东盟十国的贸易发展,并充分利用现行贸易政策加强贸易合作、抓住机遇充分发挥贸易潜力、推进跨境电商及数字贸易的发展、加强双向投资模式联系等方面提出建议,以期促进中国与东盟贸易的进一步发展。
Since the establishment of ASEAN,China's trade with it has been deepening,and the economic and trade relations between the two sides have become the most successful and dynamic model of regional cooperation in the Asia-Pacific.By studying the trade development between China and the ten member states of ASEAN in the past decade and analyzing the unbalanced development of import and export trade between the ten member states and China and the"wave"upward trend of some countries through specific data,this paper concludes that the proposal of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI),the signing of the RCEP agreement,the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic and the two-way investment mode affect the trade development between China and the ten member states of ASEAN.In addition,a series of suggestions are put forward in this paper,including leveraging existing trade policies to strengthen trade cooperation,seizing opportunities to maximize trade potential,promoting the development of cross-border e-commerce and digital trade,and strengthening the connection under the two-way investment mode,with the overarching goal of promoting the further development of trade between China and ASEAN.
