对冲燃烧方式锅炉高温腐蚀机理及防治

摘要 某火电厂锅炉水冷壁发生了比较严重的高温腐蚀问题。通过对前后墙对冲燃烧方式锅炉高温腐蚀的原理和特点进行分析,得到了造成水冷壁高温腐蚀的主要原因,并提出了针对性的防治措施,对于同类型机组具有一定的借鉴意义。 A serious high-temperature corrosion occurred on the water wall of a boiler in a thermal power plant.By analyzing the principle and characteristics of high-temperature corrosion in opposite firing boilers,the main causes of high-temperature corrosion on the water wall were identified,and targeted prevention and control measures were proposed,which has certain reference significance for similar units.
