摘要
保护或创造破碎化生境中的景观连通性被认为是保护生物多样性、生态系统以及促进野生动植物种群的流动和适应气候变化的关键战略,而生境廊道是恢复和保护景观连通性的常用策略。以塔里木盆地为例,结合该区域内叶城沙蜥(Phrynocephalus axillaris)21个栖息地分布点数据,运用MaxEnt模型对该区域叶城沙蜥的生境适宜性进行分析,并综合植被类型、地理因素、人为干扰等因素,利用Linkage Mapper工具构建适宜叶城沙蜥扩散的潜在生境廊道。结果表明:对叶城沙蜥潜在适宜分布区影响较大的环境因子包括最冷季度平均气温、最冷月份最低气温、植被覆盖类型、最冷季度降水量、坡度及最干月份降水量。在所记录到的21个叶城沙蜥分布点中,6个属于最佳栖息地,6个属于适宜栖息地,另外9个属低适宜栖息地。以MaxEnt模型分析的叶城沙蜥适宜区分布情况为基础,共构建32条生境廊道,包括11条长距离廊道和21条短距离廊道。其中短距离廊道连通邻近栖息地,长距离廊道连通南北栖息地。研究结果有助于优化叶城沙蜥栖息地格局,同时为塔里木盆地区域周边及部分吐鲁番盆地爬行类物种持续发展提供科学参考,并为荒漠生态系统的物种保护与保护区规划提供借鉴思路。
Protecting or rebuilding landscape connectivity in fragmented habitats is considered to be a key strategy for conserving biodiversity and ecosystems,facilitating the movement of wildlife populations as well as adapting to climate change.And habitat corridors are a common strategy for restoring and protecting landscape connectivity.Taking the Tarim Basin as an example,using 21 species distribution locations of Phrynocephalus axillaris,the MaxEnt model was developed to analyze the habitat suitability of Ph.axillaris,and the Linkage Mapper tool was used to construct a potential ecological corridor suitable for the spread of Ph.axillaris by integrating vegetation type,geographical factors,human disturbance and other factors in the leaf city.The results showed that the environmental factors had great influences on the potential suitable distribution area of Ph.axillaris,which included the coldest average temperature,the coldest month minimum temperature,vegetation cover type,the coldest quarterly precipitation,slope and dryest monthly.Of the 21 recorded distribution locations of the leaf city sand lizard,six were in the best habitat,six were in suitable habitat,and nine were in low suitable habitat.Based on the distribution of suitable areas of Ph.axillaris analyzed by MaxEnt model,a total of 32 ecological corridors were constructed,including 11 long-distance corridors and 21 relatively short-distance corridors.Among them,short-distance corridors connect adjacent habitats,and long-distance corridors connect north-south habitats.The results will fill the gap in the study of ecological corridor and habitat suitability of Ph.axillaris in this area,help optimize the habitat pattern of this species,provide scientific reference for the sustainable development of reptile species,and provide reference for species conservation and protected area planning of desert ecosystems.
