摘要
研究生作为我国建设创新型国家的重要人才储备,其创新能力是创新型人才培养的主要指标。针对当前研究生的创新能力较低、创新意识缺乏问题,开展以研究生创新能力提升为导向的“互联网+对分课堂”教学模式实践研究。结果表明,该教学模式可以显著激发研究生的创新动机、创新意识,积累创新知识,同时提升了研究生的创新思维和总体创新能力。在此基础上,从教学内容、教学方法、教学评价体系等方面提出促进研究生创新能力提升的对策建议。
As an important talent reserve for building an innovative country in China,the innovation ability of graduate students is a key indicator for cultivating innovative talents.In view of the problems of low innovation ability and lack of innovation awareness among current graduate students,this paper carries out the practical research on the teaching mode of“Internet+PAD”oriented to the improvement of graduate students'innovation ability.The results show that the teaching mode can significantly stimulate graduate students'innovation motivation and innovation awareness,accumulate innovation knowledge,and improve the innovation thinking and overall innovation ability of graduate students.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for promoting the improvement of graduate students'innovation ability in terms of teaching content,teaching methods and teaching evaluation system.
