摘要
采用过程分析法,梳理食品检测实验室中常见的标准物质,追踪标准物质的购买、验收、保存、使用和期间核查等环节,列出了标准物质的管理和使用中的注意事项,比如,购买标准物质时应查验标准物质生产者所具备的能力,明确标准物质满足检测实际工作和检测方法需求,尽量选择一级基体标准物质;验收时应确认购买的标准物质的符合性,做好核验和标识工作,确保标准物质正确使用;使用过程中着重关注标准物质的特性量值的计量溯源性问题,确保因标准物质使用引入的不确定度最小,此外实验室还应关注检测方法适用范围、目标物含量对检测过程的特殊要求,指定专人监督标准物质的使用情况,确保检测结果的准确可靠;列举了标准物质期间核查时采用的留样再测和质控图等示例,以期帮助食品检测实验室提高检验检测过程的内部质量控制水平。
The process analysis method was adopted to sort out common standard substances in food testing laboratories.The purchase,acceptance,storage,use,and periodic verification of standard substances were tracked,and precautions for the management and use of standard substances were listed.For example,when purchasing reference materials,the ability of the producer should be checked,and it should be clarified of the actual testing work and testing method requirements.It was recommended to choose primary matrix reference materials possibly;during acceptance,it should be confirmed of the conformity of purchased reference materials,and verification and labeling work should be carried out to ensure the correct use of reference materials;it was emphasized of the metrological traceability of characteristic values of reference materials to ensure minimal uncertainty of using them.In addition,it was payed attention to the scope of application of testing methods and the special requirements of target substance content on the testing process in the laboratory.A dedicated person should be designated to supervise the use of reference materials to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing results;Examples of retention retesting and quality control charts were listed during the verification of reference materials.It is purpose to improve the internal quality control level of laboratory inspection and testing processes.
