摘要 从先进技术架构实现海量数据处理,电站数据全量监控实现场站无人值班,多维度报表提高生产管理效率,生产绩效精细化管理提升发电量可利用率等方面介绍了风光电站数字化精益运维管理。风光电站数字化精益运维管理能够对新能源电站进行远方集中监视与控制,实现无人值班、少人值守、区域检修的科学管理模式,降低运行维护成本,提升新能源电站综合管理水平。 The digital lean operation and maintenance management of wind and solar power stations was introduced from the aspects of advanced technology architecture to realize massive data processing,full monitoring of power station data to realize unattended station,multi-dimensional report to improve production management efficiency,and refined management of production performance to improve power generation availability.The digital lean operation and maintenance management of wind and solar power stations can conduct remote centralized monitoring and control of new energy power station,realize a scientific management model of unmanned,minimally manned,and regional maintenance,reduce operational and maintenance costs,and enhance the overall management level of new energy power station.
