摘要
为进一步探究湿硫化氢环境下石油化工设备的腐蚀防护问题,以某石化企业脱硫吸收塔和低分气分液罐鼓泡问题为研究案例,提出应用基于化学镀镍磷合金涂层的腐蚀防护技术模式。在对该技术模式的参数进行优化后,将其投入实际应用,结果显示,该技术模式在腐蚀防护方面取得较优效果,预计其在后续工作中也将具有一定的应用价值。
In order to further explore the corrosion protection problem of petrochemical equipment in wet hydrogen sulfide environment,a corrosion protection technology model based on chemical nickel phosphorus alloy coating is proposed,taking the bubbling problem of desulfurization absorption tower and low separation gas separation tank in a petrochemical enterprise as a research case.After optimizing the parameters of this technology mode,it was put into practical application.The results showed that this technology mode achieved better results in corrosion protection,and it is expected to have certain application value in subsequent work.
