摘要
为满足不同场景下的高校房产综合管理需求,稳步提升高校房产综合管理效能,通过分析高校房产综合管理信息化建设的重要性,分析当前房产管理存在的漏洞与不足,基于多个维度,提出了高校房产综合管理信息化建设路径:一是明确高校房产综合管理的信息化建设目标;二是加强高校房产综合管理的信息化框架构建;三是加强高校房产综合管理的技术手段信息化建设;四是加强高校房产综合管理的数字平台标准化建设;五是加强高校房产综合管理的档案数字化建设。
In order to meet the needs of comprehensive management of university real estate in different scenarios and steadily improve the efficiency of comprehensive management of university real estate,this paper analyzes the importance of the information construction of comprehensive management of university real estate,analyzes the loopholes and deficiencies existing in the current real estate management,and puts forward the information construction path of comprehensive management of university real estate based on multiple dimensions:first,clarify the information construction objectives of comprehensive management of university real estate;second,strengthen the construction of information framework of comprehensive management of real estate;third,strengthen the information construction of technical means of efficient comprehensive management of real estate;fourth,strengthen the standardization construction of digital platform of comprehensive management of real estate;fifth,strengthen the digital construction of archives of comprehensive management of university real estate.
