摘要
为提高钢纤维混凝土的匀质性,通过采用振动搅拌技术开展钢纤维混凝土力学性能对比试验,探讨搅拌方式、钢纤维体积率和基体强度对钢纤维混凝土力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:当钢纤维体积率小于1.0%时,振动搅拌对试件抗压强度、弹性模量和抗折强度的提升效率最高;振动搅拌对试件劈裂抗拉强度提升幅度随着钢纤维体积率增大而不断增高,且基体强度越高,提升效果越好。振动搅拌能改善混凝土界面过渡区结构并提高浆体黏聚力。振动搅拌可以提高钢纤维混凝土的均匀性,增强混合物之间的粘结力,有利于提高钢纤维混凝土的力学性能。
To improve the homogeneity of SFRC,the mechanical properties tests of SFRC were compared by vibration mixing technology.The effects of vibration mixing,steel fiber volume fraction and matrix strength on the mechanical properties of SFRC were analyzed.The results show that when the steel fiber volume fraction is less than 1.0%,the vibration mixing has the highest efficiency in improving the compressive strength,elastic modulus and flexural strength of the specimen.With the increase of the volume ratio of the steel fiber,the improvement of the tensile strength of the specimen by vibrating mixing increased continuously,and the higher the matrix strength,the better the lifting effect.Vibration mixing improves the structure of Concrete interface transition zone and improves the cohesion of the slurry.Vibration mixing can improve the uniformity of steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC),strengthen the bond between the mixtures and improve the mechanical properties of SFRC.
