一次性基施烟草缓控释一体肥对“云烟87”光合特性及产量的影响

Effects of One-time Application of Controlled-release Integrated Fertilizer on Photosynthetic Traits and Yield of Tobacco‘Yunyan 87’

摘要 研究新型缓控释一体肥施用对烟草光合特性及产量产值的影响,为烟草生产中缓控释一体肥的应用提供支撑。以烟草品种‘云烟87’为试验材料,在四川凉山烟区开展大田试验,设置3个肥料处理,分别为当地常规施肥(T_(1))、750 kg/hm^(2)烟草缓控释一体肥(T_(2))和900 kg/hm^(2)烟草缓控释一体肥(T_(3))。调查烟株平顶期株型特征、叶片叶绿素含量和绿叶面积、光合速率以及烟叶产量、等级结构等指标。与常规施肥相比,缓控释一体肥增加了“云烟87”平顶期的平均茎围,增加了上部叶SPAD值、绿叶面积和净光合速率。施用缓控释一体肥(T_(2)和T_(3))产量分别提高了8.19%和13.80%,且显著提高了中桔三和中桔二的产量,产值分别增加了6058.95和12874.65元/hm^(2)。增加缓控释一体肥用量显著提高了“云烟87”上部叶SPAD值和净光合速率,产量和产值也相应提高。各处理间上部叶光合特性差异,可能是导致产量产值差异的主要原因。由此可见,与传统多次施肥相比,施用该缓控释一体肥有利于促进平顶期上部叶发育,提高烟叶产量,优化等级结构,提高产值;适当增加缓控释一体肥施用量可提高烟叶产量和产值,对“云烟87”而言,900 kg/hm^(2)缓控释一体肥用量增产增收效果更明显。 The effect of one-time application of controlled-release integrated fertilizer on photosynthetic traits and yield was investigated,to provide technical support for the application of controlled-release integrated fertilizer in tobacco production.The tobacco cultivar‘Yunyan 87’was selected as the experimental materials in a field experiment in Liangshan tobacco-growing area of Sichuan Province.Three fertilizer treatments were set up:local conventional fertilizer(T_(1)),750 kg/hm^(2)controlled-release integrated fertilizer(T_(2))and 900 kg/hm^(2)controlled-release integrated fertilizer(T_(3)).The stand type characteristics,leaf chlorophyll content,areas of green leaves,hotosynthetic rate at flat top stage,and the yield were investigated.Compared with conventional fertilization,one-time application of controlled-release integrated fertilizer enhanced the average stem circumference,SPAD value of upper leaves,areas of green leaves and net photosynthetic rate of‘Yunyan 87’.The application of controlled-release integrated fertilizer(T_(2)and T_(3))increased the yield by 8.19%and 13.80%,respectively,and significantly increased the yield of Zhongju 3 and Zhongju 2,the output value increased by 6058.95 and 12874.65 yuan/hm^(2),respectively.Increasing the amount of fertilizer could significantly enhance the SPAD value and net photosynthetic rate of the upper leaves of‘Yunyan 87’,which followed by higher yield and output value.The variation of yield and output value between different fertilizer treatments might be caused by difference of photosynthetic functions of upper leaves.In conclusion,compared with the traditional multiple fertilization,the application of controlled-release integrated fertilizer is beneficial to promote the development of upper leaf,improve tobacco yield,optimize grade structure and increase output value.Appropriately increasing the application amount of controlled-release integrated fertilizer could improve the yield and output value of tobacco.For‘Yunyan 87’,the effect of increasing yield was more obvious when the application amount of controlled-release integrated fertilizer was 900 kg/hm^(2).
