摘要
虚拟仿真实验是智能环境下教育发展的必然选择。大鼠脑组织关键核团的精准定位和快速取材是医学专业学生必备的实验技能,但本科生操作实验成功率低、实验成本较高,亟需建设虚拟仿真实验。文章从实验教学目标、实验教学过程与方法、交互性操作步骤简介、实验教学特色等方面对大鼠脑关键核团精准定位与快速取材虚拟仿真实验项目的建设进行了介绍。该项目具有交互步骤清晰、沉浸式体验感好、可分步计分并附扣分说明等特点,有利于提升学生学习兴趣,提高学生的实验操作水平。小结部分简介了项目的应用,以期为医学院校其他虚拟仿真实验的建设提供参考。
Virtual simulation experiment is the inevitable choice of education development in intelligent environment.Accurate location and rapid sampling of key nuclei in rat brain tissue are essential experimental skills for medical students.However,the success rate of undergraduate operation experiment is low and the cost of experiment is high,so it is urgent to construct virtual simulation experiment.In this paper,the construction of virtual simulation experiment project for accurate positioning and fast sampling of key nuclei in rat brain was introduced from the aspects of experimental teaching objectives,experimental teaching process and methods,brief introduction of interactive operation steps,and experimental teaching characteristics.This project has the characteristics of clear interactive steps,good sense of immersive experience,can be scored step by step and attached with the deduction of points,which is conducive to enhancing students'interest in learning and improving their experimental operation level.Its application was introduced in the summary section,in order to provide reference for the construction of other virtual simulation experiments in medical colleges.
