基于GIS的排水井盖安全监控预警系统设计

摘要 文章基于地理信息系统(GIS)和物联网技术设计了排水井盖安全监控预警系统,能够实现对窨井井盖的智能化管理,有效监管井盖状态,对井盖的异常实时报警,减少人工巡检工作量,保障行人安全,实现项目管理、外业采集、内业建库各流程全数字化,整体提高井盖普查项目实施水平与效率,对智慧城市类似信息采集具有一定参考意义。 Based on GIS and Internet of Things technology,the paper designs a safety monitoring and early warning system for drainage manhole cover,which can realize intelligent management of manhole cover,effectively supervise the state of manhole cover,give real-time alarm to abnormal manhole cover,reduce manual inspection workload,ensure pedestrian safety,realize full digitalization of project management,field collection,and internal database building,improve the implementation level and efficiency of manhole cover census project as a whole,and have certain reference significance for similar information collection in smart cities.
