摘要
【目的】采用不同提取剂提取成熟期的核桃果实青皮,研究核桃青皮提取物对梨黑斑病病原菌的抑菌效果,为废弃核桃青皮资源再利用的抑菌构建提供理论支撑。【方法】以梨黑斑病为试验材料,分别用不同浓度(25%、50%、75%、100%)的石油醚、乙酸乙酯、甲醇、乙醇为提取液提取成熟期的核桃果实青皮,获得核桃青皮提取物,研究核桃青皮提取物对梨黑斑病菌菌丝生长的影响。【结果】甲醇对核桃青皮中对梨黑斑病的抑菌物质的萃取效果最好;核桃青皮中对梨黑斑病的抑菌物质既有水溶性的也有易于有机溶剂萃取的,且在水和有机溶剂量相等时萃取效果最好;1.0 mL的核桃青皮提取物比其他用量对梨黑斑病的抑菌效果更好;50%甲醇提取的成熟期核桃青皮提取物对梨黑斑病菌丝的抑制效果最好。【结论】50%的甲醇提取的成熟期核桃青皮提取物对梨黑斑病菌落生长抑菌效果最好,抑制率可达到38.73%,对病原菌的毒力最强,EC_(50)为4.624483442 mL/100mL。
【Objective】Different extractants were used to extract the green peel of mature walnut fruit,and the antibacterial effect of walnut green peel extract on the pathogen of pear black spot was studied so as to provide theoretical support for the antibacterial construction of the reuse of waste walnut green peel resources.【Methods】With pear black spot as test material,walnut green husk extracts were obtained by using different concentrations(25%,50%,75%,100%)of petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,methanol and ethanol as extracts to extract mature walnut green husk.The effects of walnut green husk extracts on mycelial growth of pear black spot were studied.【Results】Methanol had the best extraction effect on the antibacterial substances against pear black spot in walnut green husk.The antibacterial substances against pear black spot in walnut green husk are both water-soluble and easy to be extracted by organic solvent,and the extraction effect is the best when the amount of water and organic solvent is equal.The antibacterial effect of 1.0 mL walnut green husk extract on pear black spot was better than that of other doses.The mature walnut green husk extract extracted by 50% methanol had the best inhibitory effect on the mycelium of pear black spot.【Conclusion】50% methanol extract of mature walnut peel extract has the best bacteriostatic effect on the colony growth of pear black spot,and the inhibition rate can reach 38.73%.It has the strongest virulence to the pathogen,and the EC_(50) was 4.624 483 442 mL/100 mL.
