低碳氨燃料生命周期碳排计算和应用前景探究

摘要 文章梳理了低碳氨的燃料属性和特点,测算了目前技术水平下低碳氨生命周期碳排因子,对低碳氨与煤制氨的成本进行了分析,指出随着技术进步成本进一步下降,风光发电制低碳氨燃料经济性将逐步体现,未来具有发展空间。低碳氨生命周期碳排因子生产环节排放占90%以上,生产环节中碳排基本上是制氢和制氮用电导致,因此降低碳排主要方向是减少生产环节用电量和尽可能增加绿电使用量。 The article combs the fuel properties and characteristics of low carbon ammonia.The carbon emission factor of the whole life cycle of low carbon ammonia at the current technical level is calculated.The cost of low carbon ammonia and coal to ammonia is analyzed.Pointed out that considering the future carbon peak and carbon neutral policy tightening,synthetic ammonia production gradually limits the use of coal,technological advances in wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation have led to further cost reductions,low-carbon ammonia fuel economy will gradually reflect and there is room for development in the future.The main carbon emission process is the production process.The main direction of reducing carbon emission is to reduce energy consumption and increase the use of green electricity in each link as much as possible.Reduce the energy consumption of ammonia production,the production process adapts to the high volatility of wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation,adaptive development of ammonia fuel application equipment,and reduce the toxicity,corrosion,pollution caused in the application process,are the topics that need to be studied and solved as soon as possible in the large-scale popularization and application of low-carbon ammonia.
