摘要
可拆卸策略作为一种将建筑资源回收再利用的新手段,以装配式技术为基础,可有效从源头减少建筑废料产生,同时还具备提升施工安装进度、提升建筑适用性、节约成本等优势。建筑可拆卸设计研究可从具体技术形式、方法策略和宏观背景3个层面构成建筑可持续动态更新的循环建造模式,而技术更新速度缓慢是该策略实施的现实阻碍。结合对建筑各系统部品的拆解和变更的实际需求分析,提出应对建筑内装系统开展更积极地探究;并从设计阶段、工人操作技艺、各部门协同配合和完善管理评估体系等角度提出了建筑可拆卸设计的发展建议。
As a new means of recycling and reusing building resources,the disassembly strategy,based on assembly technology,effectively reduces the generation of building waste from the source,and at the same time has the advantages of enhancing the construction and installation progress,improving the applicability of the building,and saving costs.The study of building disassembly design can constitute a cyclic construction mode of sustainable dynamic renewal of buildings from three levels of specific technical forms,methodological strategies and macroscopic backgrounds,whereas the slow pace of technological renewal is a realistic obstacle to the implementation of this strategy.Taking into account the actual demand for disassembly and change of building components and their contents,it suggests that building interior systems should be explored more actively,and puts forward corresponding development suggestions from the perspectives of design stage,workers’operating skills,the co-operation of various departments,and the improvement of the management and evaluation system.
