摘要
针对某矿摩擦提升机溜车和滑绳现象,使用动力学分析摩擦提升系统,根据力学原理设计出一种针对摩擦提升系统的溜车滑绳事故智能保护系统,制作了摩擦提升系统溜车滑绳事故智能保护设备,并且选型了电控元件.通过对保护系统进行实验,结果表明,无论是正向还是反向,滑绳时导向轮和摩擦轮实际位移量的差值都小于2 m,滑绳和溜车事故现象反应时间都小于2s,结果表明系统对滑绳溜车信号感知准确、响应灵敏可靠.
Aiming at the phenomenon of friction hoist skidding and rope slipping in a mine,we use dynamics to analyse the friction hoisting system,and design a friction hoisting system skidding and rope slipping accident intelligent protection system according to the principle of mechanics,and make the friction hoisting system skidding and rope slipping accident intelligent protection equipment,and select the type of electronic control components.Through the experiments on the protection system,the results show that:whether it is forward or reverse,the difference between the actual displacement of the guiding wheel and the friction wheel when the rope is slipping is less than 2m,and the reaction time of the rope-slip and skidding accident phenomena is less than 2s,which shows that the system perceives the rope-slip signals accurately,and the response is sensitive and reliable.
