摘要
山西某矿11302运输联巷受顶板岩体承载能力差、破碎等因素影响,围岩控制难度较高.结合现场条件对围岩变形控制中面临问题进行分析、提出控制策略,具体采用超前注浆方式提高顶板破碎岩体稳定性、承载能力,后通过锚网索方式控制围岩变形;对顶板注浆参数及锚杆索布置参数等进行详细设计.现场应用后,锚杆索锚固端稳定,监测锚杆、锚索锚固力分别在100 kN、150 kN以上;11302运输联巷围岩变形大问题得以较好控制,顶底板、巷帮变形量分别控制在59 mm、68 mm以内.
The 11302 transport joint road of a mine is affected by the poor bearing capacity of the roof rock body,broken and other factors,which makes it difficult to control the surrounding rock.Combined with the field conditions of the perimeter rock deformation control problems faced by the analysis,put forward control strategies,specifically the use of overrun grouting to improve the stability of the roof plate broken rock body,bearing capacity,and then through the anchor mesh rope way to control the deformation of the perimeter rock;on the roof plate grouting parameters and anchor rods and ropes layout parameters,such as the design of the details.After the field application,the anchoring end of anchor rods and cables is stable,and the anchoring force of anchor rods and cables is above 100 kN and 150 kN respectively;the deformation of the surrounding rock in 11302 transport joint lane can be better controlled,and the deformation of top and bottom plates and roadway gangs can be controlled within 59 mm and 68 mm respectively.
