摘要
现有的调节方法调整次数较多,每月线损率为9.96%,为此,研究配电台区三相负荷不平衡自动调节方法。通过建立开关数学模型,在模型中寻优,找到最优开关动作策略。根据不同开关的相序状态信息,计算在配电台区内所有的相序电流之和,判断配电台区是否达到理想平衡状态。计算三相负荷的不平衡度,判断三相负荷不平衡的严重程度。运用SSA搜索算法计算每个开关在运行中的适应度值并进行位置更新,直到寻到最优后停止。通过引入季节变化测试方法来防止算法陷入局部最优完成换相。计算零线的不平衡度数值对负荷不平衡情况进行等级判断。设置调节边界,连接自动换相开关来调整负荷,降低三相不平衡度,保证换相开关的动作次数最少。结果表明,在相别调整过程中进行了3次调整,实现了调整次数最少的原则。根据不平衡度计算得到实时的实际线损累计值结果为2104.9 kWh,每月的线损率为6.54%,显著降低了线损,使得配电台区达到较好的整治效果。
The existing adjustment methods have been adjusted many times,with a monthly line loss rate of 9.96%.Therefore,an automatic adjustment method for three-phase load imbalance in the distribution station area is studied.By establishing a mathematical model of the switch,optimizing the model and finding the optimal switch action strategy.Calculate the sum of all phase sequence currents in the distribution area based on the phase sequence status information of different switches,and determine whether the distribution area has reached the ideal equilibrium state.Calculate the imbalance degree of three-phase load and determine the severity of three-phase load imbalance.Use the SSA search algorithm to calculate the fitness value of each switch during operation and update its position until the optimal value is found before stopping.By introducing seasonal change testing methods,the algorithm is prevented from falling into local optima and completing commutation.Calculate the imbalance value of the zero line to determine the level of load imbalance.Set the adjustment boundary and connect the automatic commutation switch to achieve load adjustment,reduce three-phase imbalance,and ensure the minimum number of actions of the commutation switch.The results indicate that three adjustments were made during the phase adjustment process,achieving the principle of minimizing the number of adjustments.According to the calculation of imbalance,the actual cumulative value of line loss at every moment is 2104.9 kWh,with a monthly line loss rate of 6.54%,which significantly reduces line loss and achieves good rectification effect in the distribution area.
