摘要
目的探究iRoot SP糊剂联合单尖法对根管充填恰填率及术后疼痛的影响。方法选取本院2020年1月至2022年6月期间96例牙体牙髓病(牙髓炎、根尖周炎)患者作为研究对象,并按随机数字表法分为研究组(n=48,iRoot SP联合单尖法治疗)和对照组(n=48,AH-plus联合热牙胶垂直加压法治疗)。使用X线片对所有患牙的填充效果进行评估;采用咬合力测定仪测定患者的咬合力;采用称质量法测定患者的咀嚼效率;疼痛感通过疼痛视觉评估量表(VAS)进行测定;比较两组的疗效、填充效果、咬合力、咀嚼效率、VAS评分以及不良反应的变化情况。结果研究组总有效率(95.83%,46/48)显著高于对照组(81.25%,39/48)(χ^(2)=5.031,P=0.025);研究组恰填率(100.00%,48/48)显著高于对照组(87.50%,42/48)(χ^(2)=4.444,P=0.035);研究组和对照组患者的咬合力和咀嚼效率在治疗后均显著升高(P<0.05);治疗后研究组的咬合力和咀嚼效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组和对照组的VAS评分、SBI、PLI、PD在治疗后均显著降低(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应发生率(2.08%)显著低于对照组(14.58%)(χ^(2)=4.909,P=0.027)。结论iRoot SP联合单尖法治疗牙体牙髓病的疗效显著,可以有效改善患者的咬合力和咀嚼效率,减缓疼痛,改善患者牙周状况。
Objective Exploring the effects of iRoot SP combined with single tip method on root canal filling accuracy and postoperative pain.Methods A total of 96 cases of endodontics(pulpitis and periapical periodontitis)from January 2020 to June 2022 in the hospital were selected for this study,and all the patients were assigned to the study group(n=48,treated with iRoot SP combined with the single tip method)and the control group(n=48,treated with AH-plus combined with hot gum vertical compression therapy)according to the randomized numerical table method.The filling effect of all patients’teeth was evaluated by X-ray;the bite force of patients was measured using a bite force tester;the chewing efficiency of patients was measured by mass weighing method;and the pain sensation was measured using the Visual Assessment of Pain Scale(VAS);the two groups were compared with regard to the changes in therapeutic efficacy,filling effect,bite force,chewing efficiency,VAS score,and adverse effects.Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.83%,46/48)was obviously higher than that of the control group(81.25%,39/48)(χ^(2)=5.031,P=0.025);the exact filling rate of the study group(100.00%,48/48)was obviously higher than that of the control group(87.50%,42/48)(χ^(2)=4.444,P=0.035);the bite force and chewing efficiency of patients in the study group and control group were obviously increased after treatment(P<0.05);the bite force and chewing efficiency of the study group were obviously higher than those of the control group after the treatment(P<0.05);the VAS score,SBI,PLI and PD of the study group and the control group were obviously decreased after treatment(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(2.08%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(14.58%)(χ^(2)=4.909,P=0.027).Conclusion The combination of iRoot SP and single-tip method is effective in the treatment of patients with endodontics,which can effectively improve the bite force and chewing efficiency of patients,relieve the pain and ameliorate the periodontal condition of patients.
