阻燃聚丙烯腈复合纤维的制备及阻燃性能研究

摘要 采用二氯化磷酸苯酯(PDCP)和聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)合成了一种富含多氨基结构的P/N协效阻燃剂PEPP。通过溶液共混法将非水溶性PEPP与聚丙烯腈(PAN)纺丝液共混,以含FeCl_(3)溶液为凝固浴,经湿法纺丝技术得到阻燃PAN复合纤维(Fe/PEPP/PAN)。随后,通过X-射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、热重分析仪(TG)和UL-94测试等对这两种阻燃材料的结构和阻燃性能进行了研究。结果表明,在UL-94测试中Fe/PEPP/PAN可达V-0等级,总释放热量(THR)和热释放速率(HRC)分别下降18%和45%。总之,基于阻燃剂PEPP和Fe^(3+)的协同阻燃作用,Fe/PEPP/PAN纤维具有良好的阻燃性能。 A P/N synergistic flame retardant PEPP rich in polyamino structure was synthesized by adopting phenyl dichlorophosphate(PDCP)and polyethyleneimine(PEI).The non-water-soluble PEPP was blended with polyacrylonitrile(PAN)spinning solution by solution blending method,and the flame retardant PAN composite fibers(Fe/PEPP/PAN)were obtained by wet spinning technique with FeCl_(3)-containing solution as the solidifying bath.Subsequently,the structure and flame retardant properties of these two flame retardant materials were investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),thermogravimetric analyzer(TG),and UL-94 test.The results show that Fe/PEPP/PAN can reach V-0 rating in UL-94 test,and the total heat release(THR)and heat release rate(HRC)decrease by 18%and 45%respectively.In conclusion,based on the synergistic flame retardant effects of flame retardants PEPP and Fe^(3+),Fe/PEPP/PAN fibers have good flame retardant properties.
