职业教育教师面向未来社会发展的必备能力与提升路径 被引量:1

摘要 未来社会将是一个具有高度现代风险、智能化程度高、对人才技能型要求较高的社会,这些变化将促逼工作世界发生根本性变革,进而影响到职业教育人才培养模式的转型发展。职业教育教师作为职业教育人才培养的主要参与者,面临巨大挑战。为此,更高的“知识整合能力”“信息素养能力”“综合育人能力”将成为职业教育教师面向未来社会发展的必备能力。在现实情境下,职业教育教师知识结构失衡、信息素养匮乏与内生动力不足的问题制约着他们的成长与发展。基于此,一是设计多维师培项目,保证教师知识结构的融通完整;二是创设人工智能环境,提升教师教育教学的信息素养;三是健全分层激励制度,激发教师自主发展的内生动力。 The future society will be one with high modern risks,high level of intelligence,and high requirements for skilled talents.These changes will trigger fundamental changes in the work world,and thus affect the transformation and development of the models of training vocational education talents.As the main participants in vocational talent cultivation,vocational education teachers are faced with enormous challenges.Therefore,higher“knowledge integration ability”,“information literacy ability”,and“comprehensive education ability”will become essential competences for vocational education teachers to adapt themselves to future social development.However,in reality,imbalanced knowledge structure,lack of information literacy,and insufficient endogenous motivation among vocational education teachers still constrain their growth and development.Based on this,firstly,it is necessary to design multi-dimensional teacher training programs to ensure the integrity of the knowledge structure of vocational education teachers;secondly,it is necessary to create an artificial intelligence environment to enhance the information literacy of teachers;and thirdly,it is necessary to establish a sound hierarchical incentive system that can stimulate the endogenous motivation for teachers to develop independently.
