摘要
目的研究自拟痛风康复方联合糖皮质激素对痛风急性发作期患者疗效及关节功能的影响。方法择选2020年4月至2023年4月本院痛风急性发作期患者,共80例,按照统计学随机法将其分为对照组、实验组,各40例,对照组应用糖皮质激素治疗,实验组除此外加用自拟痛风康复方治疗。对比两组疗效,观察两组治疗前、后西医症状积分、中医症候评分、关节功能评分、关节疼痛评分以及白介素-8(IL-8)、白介素-12(IL-12)水平。结果治疗后,实验组治疗总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05),西医症状积分、中医症候评分、关节功能评分、关节疼痛评分以及IL-8、IL-12水平均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论自拟痛风康复方联合糖皮质激素利于增强痛风急性发作期患者疗效,改善疾病症状及关节功能,减轻关节疼痛,并抑制炎症因子水平。
Objective To study effects of self-prepared gout rehabilitation formula combined with glucocorticoid on the therapeutic effect and joint function of patients with acute exacerbation of gout.Methods From April,2020 to April,2023,a total of 80 patients with acute gout attack were selected and divided into the control group and experimental group,each with 40 cases according to the statistical randomization method.The control group was treated with glucocorticoid,while the experimental group was treated with the self-proposed gout rehabilitation formula.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.We also observed several related indexes,including the western medicine symptom score,Chinese medicine symptom score,joint function score,joint pain score and interleukin-8(IL-8),as well as interleukin-12(IL-12)levels before and after treatment.Results After the treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the western medicine symptom score,Chinese medicine symptom score,joint function score,joint pain score,as well as IL-8 and IL-12 levels were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-formulated gout rehabilitation formula combined with glucocorticoids can be beneficial to enhance the efficacy of patients with acute gout attack,improve disease symptoms and joint function,reduce joint pain,and inhibit levels of inflammatory factors.
