摘要
热工保护是火电厂机组设备安全、稳定运行的重要保障。针对DL/T 261—2022《火力发电厂热工自动化系统可靠性评估技术导则》对热工保护的要求,结合火电机组的一些安全事件中暴露出的热工主辅机保护的问题和不足,对保护信号的配置、采样位置、逻辑判断等进行了分析,指出了问题所在,并对热工保护信号配置及判断逻辑给出优化措施。
Thermal protection is an important guarantee for the safe and stable operation of thermal power plant equipment.In response to the requirements of DL/T 261—2022 Reliability Assessment Techniques Guidance of Thermodynamic Automatic System for Fossil Fuel Power Plants for thermal protection,combined with the problems and shortcomings of thermal main and auxiliary equipment protection exposed in some safety incidents of thermal power units,this paper analyzes the configuration,sampling position,and logical judgment of protection signals,points out the problems,and provides optimization measures for the configuration and judgment logic of thermal protection signals.
