摘要
目的:比较采用中药配方颗粒与传统中药饮片汤剂治疗胃溃疡的效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年10月济南市第八人民医院收治的胃溃疡患者70例为研究对象,采用计算机随机分组方式分为观察组和对照组,各35例。观察组应用中药配方颗粒治疗,对照组应用传统中药饮片汤剂治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗依从性、不良反应发生率。结果:两组临床疗效总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.046);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与传统中药饮片汤剂相比,中药配方颗粒可有效提高胃溃疡患者的治疗依从性,且不会增加不良反应。
Objective:To compare the effects of treating gastric ulcers with traditional Chinese medicine formulated granules and traditional Chinese medicine drinking tablet decoction.Methods:Seventy cases of gastric ulcer patients admitted to Jinan Eighth People's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group using computerized randomization grouping,with thirty-five cases in each group.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine formulated granules,and the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine drinking tablets decoction.Compare the clinical efficacy,treatment compliance,and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05);the total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.046);comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional Chinese medicine drinking tablet decoction,Chinese medicine formulated granules can effectively improve the treatment adherence of gastric ulcer patients without increasing the adverse reactions.
