摘要
脓毒症是指因感染引起的全身炎性反应综合征,可致使免疫调节失衡,诱发休克、多器官功能衰竭甚至死亡。当患者发生脓毒症时常合并急性肾损伤,其是患者死亡的重要原因之一。体外血液净化是临床上常见的治疗脓毒症相关急性肾损伤的方法,通过人工合成的半透膜,清除血浆中炎性介质、毒素等,使体内血液得到净化,维持脏器功能,从而改善肾损伤症状。现围绕脓毒症相关急性肾损伤的体外血液净化治疗进展进行综述,旨在为临床拟定有关治疗方案提供参考依据。
Sepsis is a systemic inflammatory response syndrome caused by infection that causes an imbalance in immune regulation,which can lead to shock,multiple organ failure and even death.Acute kidney injury is often associated with sepsis,which is one of the important causes of death.Extracorporeal blood purification is a common clinical method for treating acute kidney injury associated with sepsis.Through the synthetic semi-permeable membrane,the inflammatory mediators and toxins in the plasma are removed,so that the blood in the body is purified,the function of the organs is maintained,and the symptoms of kidney injury are improved.This article reviewed the progress of in vitro blood purification therapy for sepsis related acute kidney injury,aiming to provide reference for clinical formulation of relevant treatment plan.
