教育强国背景下基础教育高质量发展的生态建构——基于创新生态系统理论

摘要 教育强国建设的基点是基础教育,基础教育高质量发展须形成健康的教育环境和生态。从创新生态系统理论视域来看,基础教育高质量发展生态结构框架可划分为微观层面、中观层面和宏观层面,其具有持续发展性、多维复杂性、动态调控性的特征,体现出自我优化、动态赋能和政策引领的驱动逻辑。可从三方面探寻基础教育高质量发展的生态建构路径:坚持有机整合,促进基础教育内部优质均衡发展;推进协同发展,形塑融合共生的教育生态场域;聚焦政策落实,强化基础教育生态建构的治理效能。 Basic education is the basic point of constructing a strong education power, and its high-quality development needs healthy educational environment and ecology. From the perspective of innovative ecological system theory, ecological structure framework of high-quality development of basic education can be divided into micro, medium and macro level and has the characteristics of sustainable development, multi-dimensional complexity and dynamic regulation, demonstrating the driving logic of self-optimization, dynamic empowerment and policy guidance. To explore the path of the construction, it is necessary to adhere to organic integration and promote high-quality and balanced development within itself, promote coordinated development and shape integrated and symbiotic educational ecological field, and pay attention to policy implementation and strengthen the governance capacity of ecological construction of basic education.
