摘要
为实现对建筑施工中沉降的高精度观测,引进沉降观测技术,以某装配式建筑为例,对高层建筑在施工中的沉降观测方法展开设计。建立装配式高层建筑施工观测中的GPS控制网;结合施工现场具体需求,应至少设置4个水准基点,水准基点的布置采用闭合环状方式设计;观测点点位需要拟建在建筑物上,例如建筑物的四角;设计建筑施工中观测精度与周期,按照规范进行观测成果数据的处理,并通过对建筑沉降量的计算,完成观测方法的研究。设计实例应用实验,实验结果证明:本文设计的方法不仅可以实现对建筑沉降的观测,还可以将观测结果偏差控制在一个相对较小的范围内,从而提高观测结果的可靠性与真实性。
In order to realize the high precision observation of settlement in during construction,the settlement observation technology is introduced,taking a prefabricated building as an example,the settlement observation method of high-rise building in construction is designed.Establish GPS control network in the construction observation of prefabricated high-rise buildings,and according to the specific requirements of the construction site,at least four level points should be set,and the layout of the base points should be designed in a closed ring way,and the observation points need to be built on the building,such as the four corners of the building,and design the observation accuracy and period in the building construction,process the observation result data,and the observation method shall be completed through the calculation of the building settlement.Design examples and application experiment,the experimental results prove that the design method can not only realize the observation of building settlement,but also control the deviation of the observation results in a relatively small range,so as to improve the reliability and authenticity of the observation results.
