摘要
在区域一体化的背景下,区域旅游合作已经成为促进资源优化配置、实现经济发展和环境保护、推动区域旅游可持续发展的重要手段。为了进一步促进区域旅游合作模式的推广,文章结合演化博弈理论,探讨了有限理性假设下区域群体间的旅游协同合作机制,并从资源依赖的视角,对比了区域双方在资源相同与资源相异情况下的协同合作策略演化,从收益与风险的视角,探讨了区域旅游协同合作发展的关键影响因素。研究发现:资源开发技术系数越高,合作成本越高,从而导致合作意愿的降低;惩罚系数的提高,能够增加合作的稳定性,并提升合作的动力;政府政策的补贴力度越大,合作选择越具有优势;对合作风险的预估值越低,越有利于加强双方的合作意愿;资源差异化有利于区域合作,且拥有较少资源的一方,其合作意愿更强。文章旨在为区域旅游协同发展模式提供实践参考和理论视角,以促进区域旅游业的可持续发展。
In the context of regional integration,regional tourism cooperation is considered a crucial approach to integrate tourism resources and advantages,promote optimal resource allocation,achieve economic development and environmental protection,and facilitate the sustainable development and mutual benefit of regional tourism.In order to promote the effective promotion of regional tourism cooperation mode,this paper studies the tourism cooperation mechanism among regional groups under the assumption of bounded rationality by combining with the Evolutionary Game Theory.From the perspective of resource dependence,this paper compares the evolution of cooperative strategies between the two sides in the region under the condition of the same resources and different resources.From the perspective of benefit and risk,this paper discusses the key influencing factors of regional tourism cooperative development.The research results reveal the following:(1)An increase in the resource development technology coefficient leads to higher cooperative costs,consequently reducing the willingness to cooperate.This suggests that as resource development technology improves,cooperative parties need to bear higher costs,diminishing their motivation for collaboration.(2)A higher penalty coefficient improves cooperation stability and motivation.This means that when facing the risk of breach,cooperative parties are more motivated to uphold their collaborative commitments,thus enhancing the sustainability of cooperation.(3)A greater government subsidy intensity provides a competitive advantage for cooperative choices.Government intervention through subsidies lightens the burden on cooperative parties,encouraging them to engage in cooperation more willingly.(4)Lower estimations of cooperation risk favor a stronger willingness for collaboration from both sides.In situations of lower risk,cooperative parties have more confidence in achieving anticipated benefits,thereby increasing their willingness to invest in collaboration.(5)The presence of disparities in regional resources favors regional cooperation,especially when one party has limited resources,intensifying their desire to collaborate.Resource disparities bring about complementarity,allowing each party to leverage their respective strengths in collaboration for mutual gains.This study aims to provide practical insights and theoretical perspectives for the collaborative development model of regional tourism,promoting the sustainable development and shared prosperity of the regional tourism industry.In real-world scenarios,governments could encourage cooperation by increasing subsidy intensity,decreasing the penalty coefficient to enhance cooperation stability,and maintaining a balance in resource development technology to lower cooperative costs.The comprehensive consideration of these strategies would contribute to building a more attractive pattern of regional tourism cooperation,making a positive contribution to regional economic development and sustainability.
