摘要
目的 探讨纤维支气管镜在儿童肺炎支原体感染中的应用价值。方法 选取2021年7月—2023年7月在常州市儿童医院就诊的80例肺炎支原体感染患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患儿分成两组,每组40例。对照组采用常规治疗方案,研究组在其基础上应用纤维支气管镜进行支气管肺泡灌洗治疗。对比两组总有效率,并在两组治疗前后对比血清炎症因子指标、体温、症状评分。结果 研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清炎症因子各项指标、体温对比于治疗前均明显降低,而研究组血清炎症因子各项指标、体温均比对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组关于咳嗽、咳痰、气促等症状的评分相比于治疗前均明显降低,而研究组各项症状的评分均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论 在肺炎支原体感染患儿中应用纤维支气管镜支气管肺泡灌洗可增强病情控制效果,有效减轻症状、炎症反应,促使体温降低。
Objective To explore application value of fiberoptic bronchoscopy for children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods The paper collected 80 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in Changzhou City Children's Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023,and divided them into two groups with random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine treatment plan,while study group with fiberoptic bronchoscopy for bronchoalveolar lavage treatment based on it.Total effective rate,serum inflammatory factor indicators,body temperature,and symptom scores were compared before and after treatment between two groups.Results Comparison showed,total effective rate in study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum inflammatory factor indicators and body temperature in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,serum inflammatory factor indicators and body temperature in study group were lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores for symptoms including cough,sputum production,and shortness of breath in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,while scores for various symptoms in study group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bronchoalveolar lavage with fiberoptic bronchoscopy can enhance disease control,effectively alleviate symptoms and inflammatory reactions,and promote body temperature decrease of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.
