摘要
目的 总结经皮微创内置外固定架(INFIX)治疗骨盆前环损伤的效果,并对其疗效进行评估。方法 选取2021年1月1日—2022年8月31日德庆县人民医院收治的40例骨盆前环损伤住院患者作为分析样本,以随机数字表法分为对照组、研究组,分别实施钢板内固定、INFIX治疗。结果 研究组手术时间及骨折愈合时间均较短,术中出血量低,优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组骨折复位质量、功能恢复优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 INFIX治疗效果显著,可以帮助患者提升骨折复位质量、功能恢复优良率,降低术中出血量,缩短手术时间及骨折愈合时间,安全性高,并发症发生率低,可积极推广。
Objective To summarize and evaluate the curative effect of percutaneous minimally invasive internal and external fixator(INFIX)in the treatment of anterior pelvic ring injury.Methods Hospitalized patients with anterior pelvic ring injury in Deqing County People's Hospital were selected as analysis samples,and the data of 40 patients were included.The patients were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,and internal plate fixation and INFIX treatment were implemented respectively.Sample selection time:January 1,2021-August 31,2022.Results The operation time and fracture healing time of the study group were shorter,and the intraoperative blood loss was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of fracture reduction quality and functional recovery in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of INFIX is significant,which can help patients improve the quality of fracture reduction,the excellent and good rate of functional recovery,reduce the intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time and fracture healing time,with high safety and low complication rate,and can be actively promoted.
