摘要
探究肌内注射患者接受早期护理干预对预防局部硬结的效果。纳入100例在2022年9月—2023年10月接受肌内注射治疗的患者为研究对象,应用随机抽签方法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组50例(常规护理干预)、观察组50例(早期护理干预),对两组患者的护理干预效果开展对照分析。结果显示,观察组局部硬结情况优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者疼痛症状统计结果相比对照组显著更优(P<0.05);观察组患者总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者各项应用价值评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,通过开展早期护理干预,能够让患者肌内注射后的硬结问题得到良好改善,该方法有助于缓解患者疼痛症状,并提升其生活质量和满意度,应用价值显著,适合推广普及。
Exploring the effect of early nursing intervention on preventing local induration in intramuscular injection patients.100 patients who received intramuscular injection treatment from September 2022 to October 2023 were included as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a lottery method,including a control group of 50 cases(conventional nursing intervention)and an observation group of 50 cases(early nursing intervention).A comparative analysis was conducted on the nursing intervention effects of the two groups of patients.The results showed that the local hardening situation in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the quality of life scores of the observation group patients were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The statistical results of pain symptoms in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The application value scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that early nursing interventions can effectively improve the hardness of patients after intramuscular injection.This method helps to alleviate pain symptoms and improve their quality of life and satisfaction.It has significant application value and is suitable for promotion and popularization.
