摘要
中医特色糖尿病健康教育是一种综合性的健康管理方法,包括中医药治疗、饮食指导、运动建议和心理支持,这种教育形式对2型糖尿病患者可产生积极影响。探讨了中医特色糖尿病健康教育对2型糖尿病患者生活质量的改善效果。研究发现,首先,中医药治疗有助于降低患者血糖水平和并发症发生风险;其次,饮食指导和运动建议有助于改善患者生活方式,减小肥胖对患者的影响,提高患者体重管理能力;再次,心理支持可缓解患者焦虑和抑郁情绪,保障患者的心理健康;最后,中医特色糖尿病健康教育可增强患者的自我管理能力,减少医疗资源的消耗。因此,中医特色糖尿病健康教育有望成为改善2型糖尿病患者生活质量的有效手段,但仍需要通过进一步研究来验证其应用效果。
Diabetes health education with Chinese medicine characteristics is a comprehensive health management method,in-cluding Chinese medicine treatment,diet guidance,sports advice and psychological support.This form of education can have a positive impact on type 2 diabetes patients.This study explored the improvement effect of diabetes health education with Chinese medicine characteristics on the quality of life of type 2 diabetes patients.Research has found thatfirst of all,traditional Chinese medicine treatment can help reduce patients’blood sugar levels and the risk of complications.Secondly,dietary guidance and exercise advice can help improve the patient’s lifestyle,reduce the impact of obesity on the patient,and enhance their weight man-agement ability.Again,psychological support can alleviate anxiety and depression in patients,ensuring their mental health.Final-ly,health education for diabetes with Chinese medicine characteristics can enhance the self-management ability of patients and reduce the consumption of medical resources.Therefore,the health education of diabetes with TCM characteristics is expected to be an effective means to improve the quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes,but further research is still needed to verify its application effect.
