摘要
构建基层医院光明工程·白内障复明项目的标准化管理。采用抽样法,选择2021年98例光明工程白内障患者,将其纳入实验组;2020年86例光明工程白内障患者,将其纳入对照组,对两组患者资料进行回顾性分析,比较两组患者的住院时间和住院费用、复诊依从性、就医体验满意率的差异。结果显示,实验组患者的住院时间短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者的复诊依从率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的就医体验满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,基层医院光明工程·白内障复明项目标准化管理,能够针对西部地区广大白内障患者的共性、特性,围绕围手术期患者管理,梳理各环节工作和就医通道、节点,使文化水平低和经济收入低的患者能享受国家惠民工程的就医补助,可简化就医过程,有效提高贫困患者的生活质量,值得推广。
Establish standardized management for the Guangming Project and Cataract Rehabilitation Project in grassroots hospitals.Using sampling method,98 patients with cataracts from Guangming Engineering in 2021 were selected and included in the experimental group.In 2020,86 patients with cataracts from the Guangming Project were included in the control group.Retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of the two groups of patients to compare the differences in hospitalization time,hospitalization costs,follow-up compliance,and satisfaction rate of medical experience between the two groups of patients.The results showed that the hospitalization time of the experimental group patients was shorter than that of the control group,and the hospitalization cost was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The follow-up compliance rate of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction of the medical experience of the experimental group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that the standardized management of the Guangming Project and Cataract Revitalization Project in grassroots hospitals can target the commonalities and characteristics of cataract patients in the western region,focus on perioperative patient management,sort out various aspects of work and medical channels and nodes,so that patients with low cultural level and low economic income can enjoy medical subsidies from the national welfare project,simplify the medical process,and effectively improve the quality of life of impoverished patients.It is worth promoting.
