技能型社会建设背景下高职院校教师专业发展的向度与策略

摘要 职业教育是为技能型社会建设输送技术技能人才的主体,教师是高职院校高素质技术技能人才培养的第一资源。在技能型社会建设背景下,提出推进高职院校教师专业发展的策略:一是完善制度供给,加快工匠精神融入教师专业发展的制度建设;二是深化产教融合,打造“双师型”教师队伍建设新模式;三是促进技能形成,改革高职院校教师培养培训体系;四是加强团队合作,校企共建教师教学创新团队。 A skill-based society is a new form of society,and vocational education is the main driver of providing technical talent in a skilled society.Teachers are the first resource for cultivating high-quality technical talent in vocational colleges.Given the background of building a skilled society,this paper proposes strategies for promoting the professional development of vocational college teachers,which include improving the system to integrate the spirit of craftsmanship into teacher professional development,constructing a new model of"dual-teacher"teacher team building through the integration of industry and education,reforming the training system for vocational college teachers,and building teaching innovation teams through school-enterprise cooperation.
