兼顾平抑新能源功率波动与电池热安全的储能配置研究

摘要 电化学储能是支撑新能源高比例消纳的关键技术,其规划配置与热安全性研究具有重要意义。本文将平抑新能源功率波动场景下的储能配置模型与电化学-热耦合的数值仿真模型嵌套,构建了兼顾平抑新能源功率波动与电池热安全的储能配置双层模型。通过模型对某风电场项目求解的算例分析结果表明:该风电场的电化学储能合理配置规模为5.78MW/0.5MWh。可将1min、10min的功率波动性分别降低10.09%、2.87%,新能源功率波动性得到明显改善。并且在运行过程中电池最高温度为50℃,满足ESS在运行过程中的热安全性。分析成果验证了兼顾平抑新能源功率波动与电池热安全的储能配置双层模型的有效性。 Electrochemical energy storage plays a crucial role in supporting the high penetration of renewable energy sources.The planning and configuration of such storage,along with research on thermal safety,are of paramount significance.This paper integrates a storage configuration model for mitigating power fluctuations in the context of new energy sources and a numerical simulation model for electrochemical-thermal coupling.The result is a dual-layered storage configuration model that simultaneously addresses the smoothing of renewable energy power fluctuations and battery thermal safety.Analysis of the solved examples using the model indicates a recommended storage capacity of 5.78 MW/0.5 MWh for the wind power plant.At this configuration,power fluctuations at 1 minute and 10 minutes are reduced by 10.09%and 2.87%,respectively,signifying a notable improvement in the stability of renewable energy power fluctuations.Moreover,during operation,the maximum temperature of the battery remains at 50℃,ensuring the thermal safety of the energy storage system(ESS).This validates the effectiveness of the dual-layered storage configuration model that considers both mitigating renewable energy power fluctuations and ensuring battery thermal safety.
