摘要
在备战2026年米兰冬奥会的背景下,本文运用文献资料法、数理统计法、对比分析法等研究方法,在分析近3届冬奥会我国短道速滑项目竞技表现的基础上,探讨我国短道速滑项目存在的现实困境:男女竞技水平发展失衡,“阳盛阴衰”现象日益突出;人才培养体系构建欠缺,优秀后备人才储备不足;“金牌至上”观念过于深入,整体竞技能力难以提升;训练方法手段相对落后,科学训练保障尚需加强。鉴于此,提出我国短道速滑项目的优化路径:借鉴国内外优秀运动员经验,打造女子项目核心领军人物;探索合理后备人才培养体系,建立高水平优秀后备人才库;拓宽竞技能力发展评价指标,提升短道速滑项目综合实力;健全科学化训练方法与手段,运用科技助力项目竞技训练。
In the background of preparing for the 2026 Milan Winter Olympics,this paper uses research methods such as literature review,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis to analyze the competitive performance of China's short track speed skating events in the past three Winter Olympics.Based on this,it explores the practical difficulties that exist in China's short track speed skating events:the imbalance in the development of male and female competitive levels;lack of talent cultivation system construction and insufficient reserve of outstanding talents;the concept of"gold medal first"is too deep,making it difficult to improve overall competitive ability;the training methods are relatively backward,and the scientific training guarantee still needs to be strengthened.In view of this,the optimization path for China's short track speed skating is proposed:draw on the experience of excellent athletes at home and abroad to cultivate key athletes in women's events;explore a reasonable system for cultivating reserve talents and establish a high-level pool of outstanding reserve talents;expand the evaluation indicators for the development of competitive ability and enhance the comprehensive strength of short track speed skating events;enhance scientific training methods,and use technology to assist in competitive training.
